I think that THe rule is not accpteble and is not fair.It is not acceptable as the school has no rights to force the students not to go to White SAnds Shopping Centre and if the student insist to go to the shopping mall,they are given a 2 hour detention.It is unfair as if they have to there to buy food for their family they have to ask permission from their vice principal or even the principal himself.If the Principal did not approve THe student cannot go to the shopping mall and forced to go other place to buy the food.
